The members the Programme Committee decide about whether or not to include proposed presentations and panels in the programme, approve the final structure of the conference (its division into individual seminars and plenary sessions) and the thematic focuses of the individual workshops, and make changes if necessary. In some cases, the Programme Committee may suggest combining presentations that are similar in content into one panel.

The Programme Committee will assess all requests for stipends/travel and inform all applicants about the results.
